After fully understanding and mastering the knowledge of preventive maintenance, we must also have a deeper understanding and necessary mastery of the causes and handling of abnormalities in the hydraulic system. Such as when the pump is not injected, the pressure is not normal, there is noise and other phenomena, you should know what are the main reasons, what is the corresponding solution.
The reasons for the abnormal phenomenon of the hydraulic system and handling, mainly from three aspects to understand:
(1) Pump does not inject oil The main reason may be low level in the fuel tank, pump reversal, speed is too low, the oil viscosity is too high, the oil temperature is low, the filter is clogged, suction pipe piping volume is too large, suction inlet People air, shaft and rotor damage, etc., for the main reason there is a corresponding solution, such as filling the oil, confirm signs, when the pump reverses when changing over.
(2) pressure is not normal that is, the pressure is too high or too low. The main reason is also multifaceted, such as inappropriate pressure settings, pressure regulator valve coil is not working properly, the pressure gauge is not normal, the hydraulic system leaks and so on. The corresponding solution is to open the pressure set according to the provisions of cleaning, for a normal pressure gauge, followed by the system checks and so on.
(3) noisy noise is mainly generated by the pump and valve. When the valve is noisy, the reason is that the flow exceeds the rated standard, the flow should be properly adjusted; when the pump is noisy, the reason and its corresponding solutions are manifold, such as high viscosity oil, low oil temperature, the solution For the oil temperature; oil bubbles, the system should be released in the air and so on.
